Arrecife binmen find person sleeping inside of rubbish container

Arrecife refuse collectors got a shock when they heard cries from their lorry while on their rounds.

The cries came from a man who had apparently been sleeping inside a rubbish container and found himself tipped into the lorry along with the rubbish.

The binmen stopped the compacting process on the vehicle and contacted the authorities. The man was extracted from the lorry and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
