Jet2 has announced that it will be opening a new base in Bournemouth, England in 2025, which will fly to eight Spanish destinations, including Lanzarote.
The other destinations are Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Alicante, Ibiza, Mallorca, and Menorca. Flights will start from April 2025, and tickets will be placed on sale in the next few days.
The new base will be Jet2’s 12th base in the UK. Flights from its 11th base at Liverpool, which also serves the same eight destinations, will commence tomorrow, the 28th of March.
According to Jet2, the new bases “show our strong long-term commitment to Spain and its islands.”
