Strong winds cause damage on Lanzarote
Yesterday Spain’s Meteorological Agency (AEMET) raised an orange alert for wind speeds, with gusts of 85 km/h in certain parts of the island. The wind and strong waves caused damage to a section of Playa Honda’s seafront and to Manrique’s sculpture at the Casa-Museo del Campesino in San Bartolomé.
