Yaiza brought 2025 to a vibrant close with a lively urban music festival that filled Playa Blanca’s Plaza del Carmen.

On New Year’s Eve, Playa Blanca hosted a free concert featuring a lineup of popular urban music acts. From 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, artists including Wos Las Palmas, DJ Evando Moreira, Guayota, and Ale Ossorio DJ performed for a crowd of dozens of young people who sang and danced to their favourite tracks.

The main attraction was Colombian singer Juseph, now based in the Canary Islands, whose chart-topping hits and collaborations with artists like Quevedo drew enthusiastic applause from the audience.

“The young people had a great time, enjoying the last sunset of the year at Playa Blanca, in a gathering marked above all by good vibes and joy,” said Yaiza’s Councillor for Festivities, Daniel Medina, describing the festive and relaxed atmosphere.

Upcoming Three Kings Parades

The festive programming in Yaiza continues with the traditional Three Kings parades next week. On Monday, January 5, the procession in Yaiza will begin at 5:00 pm. In Playa Blanca, the Kings will arrive at 7:30 pm.
