Car flips in Playa Blanca

After a couple of weeks during which most cars on Lanzarote managed to remain on four wheels, another car has flipped over in Playa Blanca.

The car turned over on the Avenida de Papagayo in Playa Blanca at around 8.20 yesterday morning, hitting another parked car and knocking it onto the pavement.

When police arrived they discovered that the driver was already out of the vehicle and apparently unharmed. Emergency services proceeded to turn the car the right way up, reposition the other vehicle and clean the area.
