Teguise opens tendering process for 3.89-million-euro parks and gardens contract

Teguise has finally opened a tendering process worth €3.89 million for care of green areas in the municipality.

The contract will cover the whole of Teguise municipality, with special attention to Costa Teguise, Tahiche and La Villa de Teguise and will involve care and maintenance of palm trees and other plants, installation of watering systems, planters and other containers.

New planting will also be required, and the winning company will also be expected to create dog parks and new footpaths.

Bids will be received until December 1^st and the two-year contract is expected to be awarded in the New Year.
