Francis’ latest single “Lanzarote” is the fourth track taken from her upcoming EP “Pages of Philosophy” set to release this summer.
“Lanzarote” was written on a “girls’ trip to rest, reflect and write” on Lanzarote, Francis told Voice Online.
The lyrics:
I’m craving the weight of you on me
You give me electricity
Remember the nights when I was yours
Remember the smell of petrichor
La la la
Wondering heart without a home
Alienated in space to roam/Rome
Remember you said you’d fly to me
Remember the smell of rosemary
La la la
Lanzarote breeze
Tell me who you wanna be
We aint got no 4G
So you gotta trust me
Craig Foster in the sea
Bella baxter energy
Papaya and a peach
When you grab the booty
And I know you wanna squeeze
Paragliding on the Beach
Higher heights to reach
Got you you praying on them beads
Know you like the way I preach
New religion, on your knees
Baby you better believe
La la la
