Waiter saves the life of a customer in Lanzarote

A waiter at the Volcán de La Corona restaurant saved the life of a customer last Saturday, who started choking while dining.

As reported by Lancelot Digital, a diner at the Volcán de La Corona restaurant in Ye started to choke on her food. One of the waiters quickly sprang to action and began performing the Heimlich manoeuvre to clear her obstructed airway.

Thanks to the waiter’s prompt action, the woman’s life was saved. An ambulance arrived shortly after, however, the woman was in fine condition and did not require any medical assistance.
