Driver freed from vehicle in Arrecife

Firemen had to free a woman from her car yesterday morning after it was involved in a collision with another vehicle.

The incident took place at the roundabout near the Cabildo buildings in Arrecife, and one of the cars involved ended up flipped onto its side.

Firemen succeeded in freeing the woman from her vehicle, and it was confirmed that she had suffered a wound on her elbow and a possible fracture. She was taken to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital immediately.

The driver of the other vehicle was unharmed.
