Decanter writer and wine specialist, Tom Cannavan, has written an article listing established and up-and-coming wine producers on Lanzarote that he believes are leading its viticultural revival. Do you agree with the list?

In the article, Cannavan writes: “Though the holiday island of Lanzarote seems an unlikely source for artisan wines made by hip and happening young winemakers, the island’s fast-developing wine scene is worthy of attention.”

“Lanzarote has produced wine since the Spanish conquistadors colonised this Atlantic outpost in the 15th century.”

The list includes wines from Bodega Los Bermejos, Bodega Titerok-Akaet, Jable de Tao, Puro Rofe, Bodega Cohombrillo, David Fernandez, Bodega Erupción, Bodega Stratvs, and Bodegas Martinón.

Do you think they have missed any important wines off of the list?
