The second-hand goods store, Cash Converters, has opened its first store in Lanzarote, on calle Domingo Ramírez Ferrera in Arrecife.
Cash Converters was launched in 1984 and has since opened more than 500 stores worldwide. The second-hand good store opened its first Spanish branch in December 1995 in Barcelona and has since opened more than 70 throughout Spain.
The opening of its Lanzarote store means that there are now 8 Cash Converters in the Canary Islands.
“It is undoubtedly the time of the second hand and the momentum that we are experiencing in the Canary Islands is extraordinary. Lanzarote did not have until now any store where the most responsible consumers could promote the circular economy with a verification of product performance prior to purchase and a two-year warranty compared to the platforms between which the transaction is carried out between individuals, where the seller must provide the buyer with the guarantee of origin,” store owner, Yessica Hernandez, told La Voz.
In their announcement they wrote “Cash Converters arrives to Lanzarote. The second hand store you were looking for on the island. We are experts in extending the life of second hand products, and almost 30 years of experience behind us. SELL: what you don’t need, we pay in cash and on the spot. BUY: second hand products, save money and enjoy 2 years warranty! CARE: the planet by committing to more sustainable consumption habits And more… In the Cash Converters store in Lanzarote you can access financial solutions: RECOVERABLE SALE: to get extra cash without losing your products.
