More water cuts on Lanzarote this week

Six areas in Tinajo are without water this Wednesday, as well as areas in Tias, Teguise and Haria.

Canal Gestión, the company in charge of Lanzarote’s water management, reported this morning that there are more water cuts specifically in Tinajo, Haria, Teguise and Tias.

The news comes after last week’s water cuts that affected Haría, Mala, Tahíche, Los Valles, Charco del Palo, Los Cocoteros, Güíme, Tías, and Las Breñas.

Last week the company stated that the issues were due to “other incidents due to small breakdowns and programmed manoeuvres”.
