A 27-year-old French man was injured yesterday after falling in a rocky area of the Playa Blanca seafront promenade.
Emergency services received a call at 5.15 pm, informing that a young man had fallen and lost consciousness.
On arrival, paramedics discovered that the man had regained consciousness and had suffered a serious blow to the head. He was evacuated in a spinal injury stretcher and taken to the hospital in Arrecife for treatment.
