The Colombian artist Juanes will perform at the stage in Mancha Blanca in 16th Septermeber as part of the Los Dolores festivites, it has been announced.
The Medellin-born singer is a huge latin-American star, best known for his hit Camisa Negra, which was unavoidable in the summer of 2005. He has won 26 Latin Grammies, ther most-awarded Colombian singer of all time.
The concert, on the evening of Saturday 16th September, will be the climax of the celebrations of Our Lady of the Volcanoes in Mancha Blanca. On this day, most roads to the town are closed, and access is provided by bus or – as thousands of islanders choose – on foot.
