The Canarian Minister for public works has approved the construction of 134 protected apartments in Arrecife.
The 18.5 million project will be located in the Los Geranios areas of Arrecife, on land to the west of the Tahiche roundabout near the crematorium.
The two blocks of apartments will contain 10% one-bedroom flats, 20% 2-bedroom, 60% 3-bedroom and 10% 4-bedroom.
