Two men were arrested by local police in Arrecife on Saturday June 24th after attempting to break into a shop.
At approximately 7:30pm, the local police in Arrecife spotted two young men trying to force open a door to a shop on Calle Riego in Arrecife.
The two men, aged 24 and 36, tried to flee the scene after seeing the police car approach them but were caught by the officers.
Both have been arrested for attempted robbery and are now awaiting the following legal proceedings.
