78 | Gazette Life | November 2025November: month of changeOn Lanzarote, the weather is warm all year round, but November is definitely one of the months where seasonal changes are most noticeable.That%u2019s partly to do with the fact that the clocks have gone back in late October, bringing brighter mornings and darker evenings. But it%u2019s also a month when the intensity of summer%u2019s sunshine finally seems more distant and things start to cool down. %u201cCool down%u201d is relative, of course, and Lanzarote%u2019s November bears no resemblance at all to the cold, wet, grey, miserable month much of northern Europe will be enduring. But we are now into winter, which on Lanzarote means the sea temperature drops a little %u2013 it can even start to feel quite chilly after 20 minutes! You%u2019ll also need a cardigan or jumper if you%u2019re going outdoors in the evenings.There%u2019s a chance of rain, maybe a few windy days, but there%u2019s also a strong possibility of plenty of glorious blue skies and hot days.
