I'm a yoga teacher, philosopher, writer and meditation instructor. I'd love to have the chance to meet and connect with people interested in responding to the ecological emergency and climate change while in beautiful Lanzarote. We can talk through the process I use which is visualisation, and includes physical, asana practice, as well as yoga nidra and creative writing exercises. We can do some or all of these.
