This Friday, a free screening of the film Cube (1997) in English will be shown at the cinema in Arrecife. For audiences under 35.
Cube will be shown in the Arrecife cinema this Friday as part of the Cabildo’s “Siembre, Cine para jóvenes” initiative. The screening will be free to enter for audiences under the age of 35 and will be shown in original English with Spanish subtitles.
The film, directed by Vincenzo Natali, tells the story of six people who wake up inside of a giant mechanical cube. Each of them has a great ability: strength, intelligence, agility… but no one knows how they got there.
All they know is that the cube kills anyone who makes a mistake while trying to escape.
The screening will take place at 7pm at the Arrecife cinema and will be followed by a discussion with the audience about the theme of the film.
