Dolce Vita Villas will consist of 32 duplex apartments constructed from X-LAM wooden panels, which the promoters, Pitaya Resorts SL, claim will provide maximum insulation from heat and noise.

The complex is located off C/El Timple in a quiet area of Costa Teguise, and a pilot home should be ready by October, with construction expected to finish next summer.

X-LAM panels are cross-laminated wooden panels that provide strength and flexibility for construction. They have been widely adopted as a solution for sustainable building.
